Hvala na razumijevanju.<\/span><br \/>\n<span lang=\"sl-sl\">Najprej razjasnimo nekaj. Niti slu\u010dajno nimam \u00bb\u017eilice\u00ab za peko. Kuhanje \u2026 \u0161e nekako gre. Sla\u0161\u010dice pa nikakor niso moj \u00bbcup of tea\u00ab. Zato sem bila ob uspehu pri peki cimetovih rolic ekstati\u010dna. In \u010de je uspelo meni \u2026<br \/>\nPa \u0161e to: ko kuham in pe\u010dem, uporabljam konkretne sestavine in ne nadomestke oz. lahke in \u0161e la\u017eje razli\u010dice &#8220;surovin&#8221;. Na sre\u010do se mi doma ni treba ubadati z alergijami, netolerancami in ob\u010dutljivostmi, zato to tudi ni upo\u0161tevano v receptu, pri sestavinah. Ne pri\u010dakujte torej kuharski ali \u00bbzdravo\u017eivljenjski\u00ab blog; samo nekaj, kar je relativno hitro in enostavno narejeno, pa tako dobro, da se mi je zdelo prav, da delim \u0161e z drugimi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-002.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-002\" \/><br \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Testo:<\/span><br \/>\n490 g bele gladke moke (\u00bbtabolj\u0161e\u00ab)<br \/>\n75 g sladkorja<br \/>\n5 g soli<br \/>\n21 g (= 3 paketi) suhega kvasa<br \/>\n240 ml mleka<br \/>\n56-60 g\u00a0 masla (naj ima sobno, pardon, kuhinjsko temperaturo)<br \/>\n1 velik jajce (ali 2 manj\u0161i)<\/p>\n<p>maslo in (ostra) moka za peka\u010d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Nadev:<\/span><br \/>\n115 g sladkorja<br \/>\n10 g cimeta<br \/>\n55 g masla<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dodatki (opcionalno):<\/span><br \/>\nrozine, orehi, le\u0161niki ali kaj podobnega nasekljanega<br \/>\nmislim, da bi dobro sedla tudi drobno nasekljana \u010dokolada<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preliv &#8211; glazura<\/span><br \/>\n200 g sladkorja v prahu<br \/>\n1 \u017elica zmeh\u010danega (stopljenega) masla<br \/>\n2 vanili sladkorja (poskusila tudi z dvema paketkoma rum sladkorja, ni slabo)<br \/>\n1-2 \u017elici mleka, ali pa tudi ve\u010d<\/p>\n<p>V ve\u010dji posodi  s kuhalnico dobro preme\u0161aj  2\/3 moke, sladkor, sol in kvas. Prelij z vro\u010dim (ne vrelim) mlekom.<br \/>\n<em>Zato kuhalnica, da se ne ope\u010de\u0161. Na\u010deloma bi to prvo fazo opravil tudi mikser, a ker je itak treba mesit, se mi ga zdi trapasto vle\u010di iz omare in potem \u010distiti, za eno minuto me\u0161anja. Tako ali tako si potem \u00bbuma\u017eem roke\u00ab.<\/em><br \/>\nDodaj maslo in jajce.<br \/>\nDobro preme\u0161aj in dodajaj preostalo moko, da se sestavine lepo pove\u017eejo v mehko testo, ki pa je \u0161e  rahlo lepljivo. Odvisno od moke morda ne bo treba dodati vse ali pa je bo treba dodati celo ve\u010d.<br \/>\nMesi na pomokani povr\u0161ini kakih 5 minut, sproti si mokaj povr\u0161ino, \u010de se za\u010dne prijemati.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-006.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-006\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-009.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-009\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Naolji kepo testa z oljem (olivno, kokosovo), daj v posodo in rahlo pokrij s prozorno folijo ter pusti vzhajati uro in pol.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-013.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-013\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zme\u0161aj sladkor in cimet za nadev.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-044.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-044\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nama\u017ei peka\u010d z maslom in pomokaj.<br \/>\n<em>Sama ga dam za par minut v toplo pe\u010dico, maslo se potem da fino razmazat.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-020.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-020\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Testo zvrni na pomokano povr\u0161ino in razvaljaj v pol centimetra debel pravokotnik, cca 40 x 25 cm. Nama\u017ei s stopljenim maslom, ne \u010disto do robov. <\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-024.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-024\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Potresi z me\u0161anico sladkorja in cimeta. \u010ce se ti zdi, da je me\u0161anice preve\u010d, shrani za naslednji\u010d. <em>Sigurno bo \u0161e naslednji\u010d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-028.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-028\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-033.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-033\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zavijaj po dalj\u0161i stranici, na tesno.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-039.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-039\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u010ce je potrebno, rolico \u0161e malo raztegni, da bo enakomerno debela.  <\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-047.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-047\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nare\u017ei na cca 1.5 cm debele rezine in jih nalo\u017ei v peka\u010d, rahlo narazen.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-049.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-049\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Ker mi ponavadi malo sladkornocimetovega nadeva ostane, vsako rolico malenkost posipam \u0161e po vrhu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-057.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-057\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pokrij s prozorno folijo in pusti 30 minut, da vzhaja. Kar se velikosti peka\u010da ti\u010de \u2026 jaz bi morda lahko uporabila malo ve\u010djega. Ker ga nimam, so \u0161le rolice malo bolj v zrak, druga\u010de pa bi \u0161le bolj v \u0161irino. \u010clovek se mora pa\u010d znajti s tem, kar ima \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-058.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-058\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Odvisno, kako dolgo se segreva, vklopi pe\u010dico, da bo pravo\u010dasno segreta na cca 180 stopinj.<br \/>\nOdkrij peka\u010d in ga daj na srednjo re\u0161etko, peci 30 \u2013 35 minut oziroma da so rolice zlato rumene.  <\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-067.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-067\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Naj se hladijo kakih 5 minut preden jih prelije\u0161. Jaz rolice pustim kar v peka\u010du, je manj packarije zaradi preliva. Lahko pa se zvrnejo na re\u0161etko in postavijo spet pokonci.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-062.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-062\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Zme\u0161aj sestavine za glazuro v gladko in  po osebni preferenci bolj gosto ali bolj teko\u010do maso.<br \/>\nSama glazuro naredim bolj redko, da rolice dodobra napoji. V bistvu jih kar zalijem. Tako so so\u010dne \u0161e naslednji dan (ko jih je\u0161 hladne ali pogrete v mikrovalovki).<br \/>\nKo se vse skupaj ohladi, tudi redkej\u0161a glazura, tak\u0161na kot je ta na sliki, postane \u010dvrsta in bela. <\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/cinnamon-rolls-070.jpg\" alt=\"cinnamon-rolls-070\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Lahko pa je glazura bolj gosta in se po rolicah pokaplja z \u017elico, levo, desno, sem, tam, umetni\u0161ko ali bolj hekti\u010dno \u2026 Je dosti bolj estetsko. Pa za moj okus morda malo presuho.
