In ker del mojih korenin sega tudi do Zdol, je bilo povsem samoumevno, da se je doma kuhalo z Iva\u010di\u010dem.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211017_130228-2.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211017_130228-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNjegova kuharska knjiga je \u0161e vedno pri roki, saj so v njej ne samo dobri recepti, ampak tudi nasveti, ki vedno prav pridejo, zato se pred kuho dostikrat posvetujem z njo \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-IMG_20210413_115139.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/2-IMG_20210413_115139.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><em>Vsem kuharskim knjigam in izku\u0161njam navkljub je moje delo \u0161e vedno podvr\u017eeno strogi kontroli \ud83d\ude09 .<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kruhovi cmoki so po eni strani skromna jed iz, dobesedno, ostankov, po drugi strani pa prava zvezda kot samostojen obrok ali odli\u010den spremljevalec oziroma  priloga ne\u0161tetim jedem, mesnim ali brezmesnim. Dobro se zamrznejo in se lahko pripravijo na zalogo, za pripravo pa porabimo ostanke starega kruha, sredico in skorjo, kar je ne samo var\u010dno ampak tudi osve\u0161\u010deno. Po statisti\u010dnih podatkih se v Sloveniji zavr\u017ee \u010dez 60 kg hrane na prebivalca na leto. In spremembe se za\u010dno doma, pri na\u010drtovanju obrokov in ustvarjalnosti in kreativnosti v kuhanju s povsem dobrimi ostanki hrane.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/10-IMG_20210413_133629.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/10-IMG_20210413_133629.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nKer malenkost packarije pa le je s pripravo cmokov, ponavadi naredim dvojno maso in jih del zamrznem, posami\u010dno na pladnju, da jih lahko po potrebi jemljem iz vre\u010dke, kolikor jih pa\u010d rabim.<br \/>\nTudi zmrznjeni cmoki se hitro skuhajo (sploh \u010de ne delamo prevelikih, moji imajo cca 5 cm premera), nared pa so, ko se dvignejo iz dna posode in priplavajo na vrh kipe\u010de osoljene vode.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-IMG_20210413_113808.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/1-IMG_20210413_113808.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Sestavine<br \/>\n\u00bd kg starega kruha<br \/>\n4 dcl mleka<br \/>\n5 \u2013 6 dag masla ali druge ma\u0161\u010dobe (sama uporabljam maslo, ker se odli\u010dno ujame s \u0161alotko)<br \/>\n2 jajci<br \/>\nsol<br \/>\n\u017eli\u010dka sesekljanega peter\u0161ilja<br \/>\n12 dag moke<br \/>\n2 dag zarumenjene \u010debule <\/strong><br \/>\n(op.: Sama raje dodam \u010disto na drobno sesekljano \u0161alotko, in to tudi kakih 7 \u2013 8 dag, saj med pra\u017eenjem dodobra \u00bbpade skupaj\u00ab;  v kombinaciji z maslom dobi dobro prepra\u017eena hrustljavost in prijeten sladkast okus. )<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-IMG_20210413_115825.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/3-IMG_20210413_115825.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNa kocke narezan (ali kar natrgan) kruh navla\u017eimo z mlekom, dodamo jajci, na ma\u0161\u010dobi zarumenjeno \u010debulo (naj se malo ohladi, preden se prelije po kruhu) in peter\u0161ilj ter solimo (in po \u017eelji popramo) in preme\u0161amo. Pustimo nekaj \u010dasa stati, da se kruh dodobra napoji, potem dodamo moko in gladko zme\u0161amo.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/4-IMG_20210413_120931.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/4-IMG_20210413_120931.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/5-IMG_20210413_121056.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/5-IMG_20210413_121056.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNala\u0161\u010d pustim kak ko\u0161\u010dek skorje malo ve\u010dji, da imajo cmoki malo teksture, zarumenela \u0161alotka in sesekljan peter\u0161ilj pa dodata tako okus kot tudi barvno raznolikost.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/6-IMG_20210413_122820.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/6-IMG_20210413_122820.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u010ce se zdi masa preve\u010d lepljiva, dodamo \u0161e malo kruha, in obratno, \u010de je presuha, malo mleka.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/7-IMG_20210413_123120.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/7-IMG_20210413_123120.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nNi\u010d narobe, \u010de je masa malenkost bolj na mehki, lepljivi strani. Sama cmoke oblikujem tako, da iz mase zajemam kup\u010dke z zajemalko, oblikujem v roki in povaljam v moki, da niso ve\u010d lepljivi. Tako tudi ko so kuhani niso preve\u010d trdi. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/8-IMG_20210413_124608.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/8-IMG_20210413_124608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/9-IMG_20210413_125922.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/9-IMG_20210413_125922.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u00bbNa pomokani deski oblikujemo cmoke in jih v malo osoljenem kropu skuhamo.<br \/>\nZabelimo jih lahko z maslom, ali z maslom in drobtinicami, ali pa z ocvirki\u00ab, pi\u0161e Iva\u010di\u010d.<br \/>\nPri nas jih jemo s kak\u0161no bogato gobovo omako, s kuncem v omaki, pa ob gola\u017eu ali raguju se dobro prilegajo, pokapljani z dobrim olivnim (\u010desnovim, \u010dilijevim, &#8230;) oljem, posuti z naribanim parmezanom ter nasekljanimi orehi in ob skledi doma\u010de sezonske solate so tudi zadosten obrok, mo\u017enosti je neskon\u010dno. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/12-IMG_20210821_145030.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/12-IMG_20210821_145030.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211017_140552-2.jpg\"><img src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/IMG_20211017_140552-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"aligncenter\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pa dober tek iz Rocking V kuhne \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kruhovi cmoki so narejeni po receptu Ivana Iva\u010di\u010da, prve slovenske (in jugoslovanske) kuharske TV zvezde, rojenega pred 100 leti na Zdolah.
