Overcome. \ud83d\ude09<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/001.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/001.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Za pol francoske bagete porabimo okvirno:<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 \u017elici zmeh\u010danega masla,<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 zrno \u010desna,<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 \u017eli\u010dko nasekljanega peter\u0161ilja,<br \/>\n&#8211; malo mletega popra,<br \/>\n&#8211; tretjino skodelice (cca dve pesti) naribanega sira,<br \/>\n&#8211; (kos alufolije, dovolj velik, da se polovica bagete trdno zavije vanj).<\/p>\n<p>Po originalnem receptu se uporablja \u010dedar (od tod tudi ime \ud83d\ude09 ), vendar se komot uporabi tudi kak drug poltrdi polmastni sir, ki se lepo topi, poskusila pa sem tudi \u017ee z naribano mocarelo. Naribana mocarela za pico ni \u00bbmokra\u00ab, se lepo stopi ter ni prete\u017eka oziroma premasna. Ob\u010dasno naribam vmes celo malo parmezana. Je pa res, da lepo rumenooran\u017een \u010dedar da kontrast svetlemu kruhu, \u010de ciljate tudi na lep\u0161i izgled.<\/p>\n<p>Pred za\u010detkom sestavljanja si natrgam primerno velike kose alufolije.<\/p>\n<p>V zmeh\u010dano maslo naribam (ali stisnem) \u010desen, dodam nasekljan peter\u0161ilj (pri nas nismo preve\u010d peter\u0161iljevi, zato samo za vzorec) in sve\u017ee mlet poper ter dobro preme\u0161am.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/002.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/002.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/003.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/003.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><br \/>\nPripravim si sir, naribam ga, \u010de uporabljam razli\u010dne vrste sirov, jih poskusim enakomerno razme\u0161ati.<\/p>\n<p>Bagete prere\u017eem poprek na pribli\u017eno enaki polovici, te pa potem vzdol\u017eno prere\u017eem na pol.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/004.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vascerquarterhorses.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/004.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vsak kos bagete nama\u017eem s pribli\u017eno eno \u017elico \u010desnovega masla, po spodnjem delu posujem sir in bageto sestavim nazaj. \u010cvrsto zavijem v alufolijo. Porabim ga na starem kruhu, (nama\u017ee\u0161 in na hitro pope\u010de\u0161 pod grilom ter porabi\u0161 pri kosilu) ali pa pri peki mesa (ni va\u017eno, ali je pi\u0161\u010dan\u010dje, svinjsko ali goveje, vse je bolj\u0161e s \u010desnovim maslom \ud83d\ude42 ) , lepo se ujame tudi s pe\u010denim krompirjem.
