Kruhovi cmoki so narejeni po receptu Ivana Ivačiča, prve slovenske (in jugoslovanske) kuharske TV zvezde, rojenega pred 100 leti na Zdolah. In ker del mojih korenin sega tudi do Zdol, je bilo povsem samoumevno, da se je doma kuhalo z Ivačičem. Idejo sem našla pri Dveh vedno lačnih Italijanih, Antoniu in Gennaru, ko sta na svojem potovanju po Italiji pripravljala fazana. Posvetilo mi je, da je to odličen način za pripravo tudi morda malo starejše živali, ker lahko poljubno prilagodimo čas kuhanja, moramo paziti le, da je v posodi dovolj tekočine, da se meso ne zažge. Daljši kot je dan, manj časa imamo pri nas na kmetih, zato tokrat v Ranč Kuhni objavljamo enostaven recept za dober kruh, od priprave pa do vročega iz pečice v eni uri. Pripravljen in pečen je hitro, vendar nič manj okusen kot klasično vzhajani hlebci in štruce.
